Full Time BCS Technician (Building Control System - BMS) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Savills Federal Territory - Maukerja

· Working in shifts

· Monitor and operate BMS/BCS systems.

· Track alarms and respond promptly to system alerts.

· Ensure integration of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection).

· Generate and review system performance reports.

· Assist in troubleshooting system faults.

· Maintain system backups and data logs.

· Coordinate with vendors for system servicing and upgrades.

Job Requirements

· Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or equivalent).

· At least 3 years of relevant working experience in building maintenance or facilities management.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
