Full Time Visual Merchandising Specialist (1 Year Contract) Jobs, in Xiaomi Technology Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Display Solution Design: Create store display solutions for monthly campaigns, new product launches, and major promotional events; supervise implementation to ensure brand consistency.
• Display Plan Execution: Develop and implement display plans that enhance product visibility, increase store traffic, and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborative Planning: Partner with headquarters and regional/national marketing teams to design thematic displays for promotional activities.
• Performance Review: Monitor and analyze display effectiveness, identify challenges, and propose improvement strategies.
• Training & Empowerment: Guide and train district and store staff to ensure adherence to display standards and improve execution efficiency.
• Inspection & Compliance: Conduct monthly inspections and spot checks to ensure display quality and consistency across stores.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Visual Communication, Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising and display design within the retail industry; preference for candidates with experience in 3C (Computer, Communication, Consumer Electronics) products.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), with ability to independently complete design projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating across departments.
• Excellent project management abilities, able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
