Full Time Sales Consultant (HRMS system) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in ISCISTECH Business Solution Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Sell HRMS / HR software solutions to new business opportunities
• Generate leads through emails, networking, cold calls and outbound sales activities to generate new leads
• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable HRMS solutions
• Conduct effective product demos, demonstrations and software presentations to showcase product features, functionality and benefits.
• Perform canvassing and direct customer outreach to identify potential business opportunities
• Prepare quotations & proposals of clients
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly sales targets & KPIs
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking events, and company marketing activities to generate leads and promote company products and services.
• Other responsibilities that may arise in the course if executing the role

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree preferably in the field of Marketing or minimum 1 year of experience in sales
• Excellent English and Bahasa communication and Written skills
• Must have a strong negotiation skill.
• Possess own transport with valid driver’s license is advantage( Class B2 and D )
• Able to work independently and have a strong interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality.
• Experience in selling HRMS Services and Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
