• Manage meter billing operations, including meter reading verification and invoice processing.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing submission through customer portals and billing systems.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and exceptions.
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to support billing accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain billing records, prepare reports, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
