We’re looking for a highly organised E-commerce Operations Coordinator & Executive Assistant to join our growing team at Sereni Parenting.

This is a full-time role working closely with the founder across e-commerce operations, inventory, suppliers, creators, Amazon, fulfilment, and general admin.

About Us

Sereni Parenting is a growing e-commerce brand creating products that support children and families.

We operate across Shopify, Amazon, and multiple fulfilment partners, working with suppliers, creators, actors, and contractors around the world.

We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, quick to learn, and comfortable figuring things out independently. You’ll be given SOPs and clear direction for recurring tasks, but we also want someone who can use judgement, research, and AI tools to solve problems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Founder: Help execute priorities, follow up on tasks, gather information, and keep things moving.
• Inventory & Suppliers: Monitor inventory, update planning sheets, coordinate stock, and check supplier invoices.
• Fulfilment & Amazon: Help with orders, packing lists, shipment coordination, Amazon labels, and other operational tasks.
• Creators & Actors: Find creators, communicate scripts and instructions, organise deliverables, and follow up on deadlines.
• Customer Service & Admin: Help with customer issues, suppliers, contractors, accountants, and general follow-ups.
• Research & Problem Solving: Research solutions, use AI tools, and handle new or unexpected tasks as they come up.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years as an EA, VA, Operations Coordinator, or in e-commerce operations.
• CEO Experience: Previous experience working directly with a CEO, founder, or executive.
• Fast Learner: Eager to learn and quick to pick up new tasks, tools, and processes.
• Good With Numbers: Comfortable with spreadsheets, calculations, and checking data.
• Attention to Detail: You catch mistakes and make sure work is accurate.
• Proactive Communicator: We don’t have to follow up with you — you follow up with us and keep tasks moving.
• Independent: Comfortable researching solutions and figuring things out before asking for help.
• Organised: Able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Strong English: Clear written and spoken communication.

You do not need experience with every tool. We care more about whether you can learn quickly and figure things out.
