We are currently seeking: -

Finance & HR Assistant (Restaurant Operations)

Responsibilities

Finance

• Manage full sets of accounts.
• Handle physical banking transactions.
• Collect documents from restaurant.
• Monitor receivables and collection activities.
• Review supplier invoices and payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Monitor cashflow and working capital requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Oversee monthly financial closing and management reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Assist with invoicing, expense claims, and other related basic bookkeeping tasks.

Human Resources

• Manage payroll processing.
• Maintain employee records.
• Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance records.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide HR support and guidance.
• Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture.
• ⁠ ⁠Manage all MOM work pass applications, renewals, transfers and cancellations.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and statutory requirements.
• ⁠Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks.

Requirements

• ⁠Minimum ‘O’ Levels / SPM or equivalent Diploma & above in related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 3years of relevant experience in full-set accounting and HR administration.
• Experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
