Full Time Lecturer - Senior Lecturer - Business Administration - Management Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in City University Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Deliver postgraduate-level courses in areas such as Strategic Management, Leadership, Organizational Change, Innovation, or Research Methodology.
• Supervise DBA candidates in applied research projects and dissertations.
• Contribute to curriculum development, review, and enhancement.
• Engage in scholarly research, publications, and thought leadership in business and management fields.
• Collaborate with industry and academic partners to ensure program relevance and impact.

Requirements:

• PhD, Doctorate, or Master’s in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in teaching at postgraduate/doctoral levels, particularly in executive or professional programs.
• Strong academic track record, with published research in reputable journals (for Senior Lecturer level).
• Experience supervising doctoral research and applied industry projects is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentorship skills.
• Industry experience or consultancy background will be an added advantage.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
