Attraction Operations & Ticketing Casual Staff

We are looking for Attraction Operations and Ticketing Casual Staff to support the smooth day-to-day operations of a popular tourism attraction. You will play an important role in welcoming visitors, managing admissions, assisting with enquiries, and ensuring a positive visitor experience.

Attraction Operations Casual

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors with general information and enquiries
• Conduct ticket verification and attraction admission checks
• Assist with crowd control and manage visitor flow
• Support events, programmes and other attraction activities
• Ensure visitors have a safe and pleasant experience throughout their visit

Working Hours & Commitment

• Minimum 3 days per week
• Minimum 3-month commitment
• Operating hours: 8:30 AM – 9:30 PM
• 6–12 hour rotating shifts
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, visitor-facing environment

Salary

• Weekdays: $10/hour
• Weekends: $12/hour
• Public Holidays: $18/hour

Ticketing Casual

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors while supporting crowd control and visitor flow
• Process attraction ticket purchases accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions, refunds and voids
• Attend to visitor enquiries and provide relevant assistance
• Support smooth ticketing operations during peak periods
• Maintain a professional and friendly service standard
• Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods

Who We’re Looking For

• Customer service-oriented and comfortable interacting with visitors
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Prior customer service, ticketing, events or hospitality experience is an advantage
