Full Time Vending Machine Refill Crew Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in BilaBila Retail Selangor - Maukerja

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid GDL (Goods Driving Licence) – preferred.
• Possess a valid D driving licence.
• Physically fit and able to perform stock replenishment, lifting and moving of products.
• Willing to travel to different vending machine locations.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Good communication and basic interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of stock handling and inventory management.
• Comfortable using a mobile phone/app for reporting and recording purposes.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular visits to assigned vending machines to ensure machines are clean, functional and properly stocked.
• Refill products and ensure all items are arranged neatly according to the product plan.
• Check product expiry dates, product condition and remove damaged or expired items.
• Monitor stock levels and report fast-moving or low-stock items to the supervisor.
• Perform basic checking of vending machines and report any technical issues, payment issues or machine breakdowns.
• Conduct regular cleaning and basic maintenance of vending machines.
• Record sales, replenishment, stock movement and machine issues accurately.
• Ensure vending machine locations are clean and presentable.
• Coordinate with the relevant outlet, building management or location representative when required.
• Assist with product delivery, loading and unloading of stock.
• Follow the assigned daily route and ensure all scheduled machines are serviced on time.
• Report any unusual activity, damage, theft or security concerns immediately.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
