Full Time Supplier Quality Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,500 in PEOPLE PROFILERS (SERVICES) PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Act as the main Purchasing Quality liaison between Operations and suppliers.
• Manage supplier quality issues, corrective actions, and CAPA.
• Conduct supplier audits and assess supplier quality, capability, and performance.
• Drive supplier continuous improvement and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure purchased parts are approved and ready for production.
• Support Buyers in evaluating and selecting qualified suppliers.
• Provide technical quality support to Engineering and SQEs.
• Assess supplier quality systems and provide quality recommendations for sourcing decisions.
• Lead and ensure completion of APQP and final part approval for assigned suppliers/commodities.
• Ensure suppliers have sufficient capacity to meet business requirements.
• Maintain required core competencies and support special assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant engineering experience preferred.
• IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and PC applications.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of SPC and quality tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience in supplier quality and supplier management preferred.
• Semiconductor, PCB, and PCBA knowledge preferred.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage priorities and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Willing to travel as required.
