Admin & Sales Executive — Machinery Rental

Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organised and responsible Admin & Sales Executive to support our excavator machinery rental business. This role combines customer service, sales coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth daily rental operations.

Sales Responsibilities

• Handle incoming machinery rental enquiries

• Prepare machinery rental quotations and follow up with customers

• Coordinate rental bookings with machinery owners and operators

• Maintain customer relationships and develop repeat business

Administrative Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements, delivery orders and invoices

• Maintain rental schedules and customer records

• Follow up on outstanding payments

• Coordinate with accounts and machinery operations

Job Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Organised, responsible and able to multitask.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Sales or machinery rental experience is an advantage, but training can be provided.

Remuneration Details

• Monthly Salary: S$2,800 - S$3,500

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Annual Leave: 14 days

• Sales Commission: Subject to agreed KPI

• AWS / Bonus: At company discretion
