Full Time FOH - Service Crew Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,400 in DIVINO FOODS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are seeking a FOH / Service Crew member to join the Original Burger Co team on a full-time basis. This is a customer-facing position based in Funan mall, City Hall, where you will be at the heart of our front-of-house operations. As a Service Crew member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the smooth operation of our dining establishment. Your responsibilities will span across greeting guests, taking orders, preparing food based on SOPs, serving food and beverages, and ensuring our guests leave with a good experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival

• Seat guests and present menus promptly and courteously

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems

• Responsible for consistent food production as per recipes, portion standards and SOPs

• Manages preparation levels, RM quality, wastage, cooking/ holding temperatures, hygiene, sanitation, equipment and production/closing checks.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and allergen information to assist guests with recommendations

• Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next service

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and food safety protocols

• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the front-of-house area

• Support the team during peak service periods and special events

• Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely
