To support procurement activities for project materials, ensuring timely sourcing, delivery and compliance with procurement procedures and governance requirements.

Job Summary
To support procurement activities for project materials, ensuring timely sourcing, delivery and compliance with procurement procedures and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing and RFQ/RFx through award, expediting and close-out.
- Procure project materials including E&I, piping, valves and mechanical items.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to clarify specifications, requirements and delivery schedules.
- Support commercial evaluations, negotiations and supplier selection.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times and delivery status to meet project milestones.
- Maintain procurement records, requisitions and POs in SAP or relevant procurement systems.
- Support vendor management, market benchmarking and supplier sourcing.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with P2P procedures, company policies and governance requirements.
- Degree in any relevant discipline, preferably Engineering, with relevant Oil & Gas experience; or Diploma with relevant industry experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain/procurement, preferably supporting project or operations environments.
- 1–2 years of experience in project material procurement, particularly E&I, piping, valves and mechanical items.
- Experience in sourcing, RFx, commercial evaluation, negotiation, award and delivery coordination.
- Good understanding of industrial products, supplier capabilities and lead times.
- Knowledge of SAP or other procurement systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Candidates with Oil & Gas experience will have an added advantage.
