Full Time ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Jo Livin SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

We're looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant Executive to manage the company's accounting, finance, payroll, and human resource functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations
• Manage AP, AR, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial and cash flow reports
• Process payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and staff claims
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome!)
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
