The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with our client – a leading global technology organisation – to hire a Business Partner Analyst to support strategic procurement, demand planning, business analysis, and stakeholder alignment across the organisation.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced business analyst or planning professional who enjoys working with data, developing forecasts, identifying business opportunities, and partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions. You'll play a key role in aligning business and procurement strategies, improving demand planning processes, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Location: Mapletree Business City

Working Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in office (Monday to Wednesday), 2 days WFH

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM


The Talent

  • Minimum 4–5 years' relevant experience in business analysis, demand planning, procurement, supply chain, financial analysis, strategic planning, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, business planning, demand management, and business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, data analysis, and synthesis of complex information.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience developing and analysing forecasts, identifying demand drivers, and evaluating forecast results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, issues, reporting, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across business functions and leadership teams.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop practical solutions.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and backgrounds.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement, governance, and process optimisation.

Job Description

  • Partner with business areas and category owners to understand demand across multiple categories and provide input into effective category strategies.
  • Develop and drive programs that promote best practices and innovative approaches to demand planning while allowing for regional flexibility.
  • Act as a key liaison between business functions and Procurement, facilitating alignment across stakeholders and supporting overall business portfolio strategies.
  • Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
  • Use demand planning tools to analyse historical trends, research demand drivers, develop and validate forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
  • Support the design and development of forecasting methodologies, tools, analytics, and statistical reporting.
  • Identify and prioritise business spend opportunities and develop a project pipeline.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop forecasts and order points for new items using comparable demand history.
  • Track and report results against established OKRs and business targets.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply, Product, Engineering, and other functions to understand business drivers and improve alignment around priorities and objectives.
  • Define and manage governance and stakeholder engagement models, identifying opportunities for process and planning improvements.
  • Drive alignment between business requirements and Procurement strategies to support effective decision-making and business outcomes.
