Position: TVET Lecturer / Trainer (Construction)

We are inviting suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated candidates to join our academic team as Lecturer/Trainer for TVET Construction programmes.

Key Requirements

1. Educational Qualifications

• SKM Level 3 / DKM / DLKM / Diploma / Degree in relevant Construction fields.

2. Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching/training experience in TVET Construction programmes
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant construction industry experience

3. Professional Skills & Certifications

• Good understanding of JPK / MQA accreditation documentation and requirements
• Familiarity with NOSS standards
• Preferably certified with:

o Vocational Training Officer (VTO) / Train-the-Trainer (TTT) / Recognised TVET teaching certification

• Attendance in ADi / SLDN Induction Course and/or NDTS Trainer Programme is an added advantage
• Relevant industry certifications recognized by JPK are highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage documentation in accordance with JPK / MQA accreditation requirements
• Develop TVET learning, teaching, and assessment materials
• Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and competency assessments
• Monitor student performance and programme progress
• Liaise with relevant authorities regarding programme accreditation and compliance
• Provide academic advising and basic student counselling
• Support promotional and student recruitment activities for TVET programmes

Salary

• Starting RM3,000 per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
