About us

Orchard Health Clinic is a chiropractic, physiotherapy and osteopathy clinic on Orchard Road. We help people get out of pain without drugs or surgery. Our front desk is the first and last person every patient sees, so the role matters.

What you'll do

- Welcome patients and check them in and out

- Book, reschedule and confirm appointments

- Reply to phone and WhatsApp enquiries

- Handle payments and treatment packages

- Keep the reception and clinic areas tidy and ready

What we're looking for

- Warm, friendly and comfortable speaking with patients

- Reliable, organised and calm when the clinic is busy

- A team player who takes initiative

- Comfortable with computers and messaging apps

- Customer service or clinic experience is a plus but not required, as full training is provided

Schedule

Part-time, minimum 2-3 days a week. Days are flexible and can be discussed at the interview.
