Full Time Lead Digital - IT Jobs, in ELSA Sarawak - Maukerja

The Lead, Digital & IT drives the company's digital transformation and oversees all

Information Technology (IT) / Operational Technology (OT) operations to ensure secure,

reliable, and scalable technology across upstream, midstream, and downstream

activities. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Subsurface, Well

Engineering, HSE, and Corporate teams to deliver digital solutions that enhance safety,

efficiency, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the company's Digital Roadmap.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity and IT/OT security frameworks.
• Drive digitalisation initiatives including analytics, automation, mobility, and integrated operations.
• Manage vendors, service providers, and digital project portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with MCMC, SMA and relevant regulations.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Digital & IT team.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in IT/digital roles, with strong exposure to Oil & Gas operations.
• Proven leadership in digital transformation, IT governance, and cybersecurity
• Experience with cloud platforms, OT systems, and data/analytics tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and enterprise architecture

• Change management and digital adoption leadership
