Full Time Bakery Demi Chef- Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Savoury Project Hub Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Production: Prepare doughs, fillings, and pastries according to recipes and daily production sheets.
• Baking: Operate ovens, mixers, and other baking equipment safely.
• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality, portion, and presentation standards.
• Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment, adhering to food safety policies.
• Stock Management: Assist with receiving supplies, organizing inventory, and notifying chefs of shortages or damaged goods.
• Support: Assist Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef with various tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a bakery, pastry, or hotel kitchen setting (fresh culinary graduates welcome to apply).
• Basic understanding of baking techniques, food safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy items
• Able to work in shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
