Responsibilities
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse to join our ICU team and provide safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients.
Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and responses to treatment.
Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols.
Operate and manage critical care equipment and monitoring devices.
Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patients’ conditions.
Collaborate with doctors and allied health professionals on patient care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital standards.
Support patients and families and participate in training and quality improvement activities.
Requirement:
Min Diploma in Nursing or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years' in ICU experience.
Valid
Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
registration.
Advanced Nursing Diploma in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent is an advantage.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Able to work rotating
12-hour shifts, including night shifts
