Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused
Foot Reflexologist
to provide professional foot reflexology treatments that promote relaxation, improve circulation, and enhance overall wellness. The ideal candidate should possess excellent reflexology techniques, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering a safe, comfortable, and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional foot reflexology treatments using appropriate pressure point techniques.
Provide basic body massage treatments where required.
Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable reflexology treatments, wellness services, and packages.
Ensure customers receive a comfortable, relaxing, and professional treatment experience.
Prepare treatment rooms, foot baths, towels, oils, and equipment before each session.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment areas, tools, and equipment.
Follow company SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service standards.
Promote and upsell treatment packages, memberships, and wellness products.
Maintain accurate customer treatment records where required.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Requirements
Certificate in Foot Reflexology, Massage Therapy, or a related qualification is preferred.
Previous experience in foot reflexology, massage therapy, or the wellness industry is an advantage.
Good knowledge of foot pressure points and reflexology techniques.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
