Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate customer delivery bookings, schedules, bay allocation and vehicle readiness.
- Verify vehicle details, PDI completion, registration and required documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle logistics, preparation, detailing, accessories, charging and final quality checks.
- Ensure only vehicles meeting delivery standards are released to customers.
- Conduct professional customer handover, identity verification and documentation sign-off.
- Provide product orientation covering vehicle features, EV charging, app setup, safety features and basic operation.
- Manage last-minute delivery issues, customer concerns, defects and delays professionally.
- Provide post-delivery support on ownership, charging, warranty and service-related enquiries.
- Follow up unresolved concerns and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, vehicle status and outstanding items.
- Support weekend deliveries and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Automotive, Business, Operations or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive, customer service, vehicle delivery or related operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good coordination, time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on vehicle quality and documentation.
- Comfortable handling customers and resolving issues professionally.
- Basic knowledge of automotive/EV products and charging is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driving license.
