Full Time Project Manager - Senior Project Manager (Construction) General Building Jobs, Salary up to SGD 18,000 in RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

• Liaise closely withsubcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines andprovide expertise and supervision to the team
• Verify the overall list oferrors, construction detail and design, defects and variations based onconstruction plans and drawing designs before construction and or processingpayment to subcontractors
• Manage people andorganisational functions such as perform on-the-job coaching and to trackemployees’ productivity.
• Plan, forecast and tracksub-contractors work progress, provide weekly scheduling and conduct dailycoordination meeting to ensure project target timeline are met bysub-contractors, including logistic arrangement for daily operation needs.
• Drive continuousimprovement initiatives

Job Requirements :

• Possess a degree in CivilEngineering with at least 6 years of relevant working experience, preferablywith a main contractor
• Experience in managingdeliverables and milestones: on time/within budget/meeting business needs
