Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and help develop strategies that align with client and company goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, providing customer service, preparing proposals, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to training initiatives that enhance team capabilities. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective execution of sales and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and maintain positive relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support business growth.
• Candidates should possess Training experience to support onboarding, upskilling, and performance improvement within the sales and marketing team.
• Candidates should possess basic Marketing knowledge, including campaign support, lead generation, and market analysis.
• Relevant experience in B2B or professional services sales is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and collaborate within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and common office software is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
