Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BQ) for construction projects.
• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures remain within the approved budget.
• Evaluate and prepare progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers regarding cost and contractual matters.
• Assist in tender preparation, analysis, and award recommendations.
• Prepare cost reports and financial summaries throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, procedures, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years in relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of construction contracts, measurements, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office .
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per hour
