Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily delivery, collection and shipment arrangements.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, transport providers and internal teams on logistics matters.
Arrange and monitor deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
Prepare and maintain delivery orders, shipment documents and related records.
Track delivery status and follow up on delays or issues.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch.
Assist with import and export documentation where required.
Maintain accurate logistics records and update delivery information.
Support the operations team in resolving logistics-related issues.
Perform other logistics and coordination duties as assigned.
Requirements
1–4 years of relevant logistics, transport or supply chain experience preferred.
Experience in delivery coordination and shipment documentation is an advantage.
Good organisational and coordination skills.
Able to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and transport providers.
Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries.
Proficient in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
