Insurance Sales Person

Job Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers.

* Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

* Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships.

* Prepare quotations, applications, and other necessary documents.

* Assist customers with insurance renewal and policy-related enquiries.

* Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

* Conduct sales activities through online and offline platforms.

* Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Keep accurate records of customer information and sales activities.

* Daily whatsApp fast reply and good ethics.

* Attent walk in customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Positive attitude, hardworking, and responsible.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Sales or insurance experience is an advantage.

* Willing to learn and achieve sales targets.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
