Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible, hands-on, and passionate Gaming Center Manager who will take full ownership of day-to-day operations at our VR arena. The ideal candidate is someone who loves this industry, understands its potential, and is ready to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the VR arena, ensuring smooth performance and excellent customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to operational protocols.
• Assist customers with game setup and operation.
• Participate in games with clients when needed (e.g., PvP matches).
• Handle basic maintenance of VR equipment and ensure all systems are running smoothly.
• Support marketing efforts and administrative tasks as required.
• Supervise and train staff (if applicable).
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and maintenance schedules.

What We Offer

Part time: 1000 MYR (800 on probation period)

Full-time: 1700 MYR

Probation period: RM 1500 per month, up to 3 months, depending on employees performance. + overtime, double payment for public holidays.

Requirements

• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
• Enthusiasm for gaming and VR technology.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Basic technical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills (English required; other languages a plus).
• Must not smoke or consume alcohol, must have a positive mindset, and be a conscious, self-developing individual.
