Full Time Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,500 in TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in the day-to-day management and servicing of corporate clients, including handling client enquiries and follow-ups.

• Assist with client onboarding, KYC/CDD reviews, account opening, account maintenance and documentation.

• Support daily corporate banking transactions including remittances, deposits, loans, foreign exchange and other banking products.

• Assist with loan administration, including drawdowns, repayments, rate quotations and credit-related documentation.

• Follow up on outstanding client documents, pending transactions and account-related matters to ensure timely completion.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams including Credit, Operations, Compliance and Treasury to facilitate client requests and transactions.

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all activities comply with KYC/AML requirements, internal policies and regulatory standards.

• Support Relationship Managers in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of client service.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Economics, Accountancy or related disciplines, with up to 2 years of relevant banking experience.

• Good understanding of corporate banking products, KYC/CDD and client onboarding.

• Exposure to loan administration or credit documentation is an advantage.

• Good communication, organizational and client servicing skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
