We are seeking an experienced EV Vehicle Service Advisor to join our team at BYD By JC Pte Ltd. As an EV Vehicle Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our growing electric vehicle customer base. This is a full-time role based in our Teban Gardens West Region facility.

What you'll be doing

• Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers, answering questions about EV vehicle maintenance, repairs, and services

• Diagnose and troubleshoot EV-specific issues, and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and high-quality repairs

• Liaise with customers to explain repair recommendations, estimated costs and timelines, and obtain their approval

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, vehicle service histories, and completed work

• Stay up-to-date with the latest EV technologies, industry regulations, and best practices to provide customers with the most current information

• Foster a positive customer experience and promote the company's reputation for excellence in EV service and support
