Job Summary

Join SOCO Sales Training as a Finance and Admin Executive, supporting financial operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business processes within a dynamic, remote-friendly team. This is a part time, flexible position of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Record monthly income and expense entries accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records
• Issue invoices promptly to clients to ensure timely billing and cash flow
• Prepare annual financial reports to support business review and compliance
• Process monthly payroll to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation
• Review and amend contracts to maintain current and compliant agreements
• Communicate effectively with clients to coordinate job details and resolve inquiries
• Liaise with trainers to organize and support training sessions
• Prepare training materials to facilitate smooth delivery of training programs
• Perform additional administrative duties as required to support team operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial management
• Proficient written and spoken English to communicate clearly with clients and team members

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple finance and admin tasks efficiently
• Tech savvy with the ability to use modern technology and software to streamline processes
