YOUR TASKS
- Support non-voice operations and customer-related activities.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data extraction and report maintenance to facilitate management analysis and decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and perform regular data maintenance activities.
- Maintain and organize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams repositories, including periodic clean-up activities.
- Support Revenue Generation (Rev Gen) campaigns and booster initiatives.
- Contribute to GenAI and Global Virtual Assistant (GVA) projects, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
- At least Diploma or equivalent and above
- Good Spoken and Written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
