Full Time Project Manager Jobs, in Twine - Maukerja

This role is focused on driving provider partnerships and operational readiness for a European luxury marketplace preparing for commercial launch. The successful candidate will inherit an active pipeline of authentication, logistics, and insurance providers, and will be responsible for progressing these workstreams to a decision-ready state. The position requires hands-on engagement with external partners, direct outreach, and the ability to clarify operational, commercial, and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will be execution-oriented, comfortable leading conversations, and adept at identifying and resolving outstanding issues to ensure a seamless launch process.

Responsibilities

• Review existing provider pipeline, correspondence, and collected information
• Identify unresolved operational, commercial, and implementation questions
• Continue provider outreach and follow-ups, arranging and leading English-language calls as needed
• Obtain missing commercial and operational information from providers
• Clarify service coverage, geographic limitations, operational processes, pricing structures, and dependencies
• Coordinate questions and maintain momentum with providers, ensuring timely responses
• Identify and approach alternative providers where gaps exist
• Compare viable providers using consistent criteria and highlight blockers or unresolved risks
• Maintain clear written records of discussions, responses, and outstanding actions
• Deliver structured, decision-ready recommendations and a comprehensive handover report
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in vendor/provider management, partnerships, business development, operations, project management, logistics, supply chain, insurance/broker coordination, procurement, or commercial provider evaluation
• Experience with marketplaces or high-value/luxury goods is advantageous
• Ability to independently drive external-provider conversations from an incomplete stage to operational decision
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with European business environments and providers is strongly preferred
• Comfortable leading calls, challenging unclear answers, and moving conversations forward without constant direction
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to produce clear documentation and recommendations
• Direct luxury authentication experience is useful but not mandatory
