As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and work closely with clients throughout their project journey, from the initial consultation through to completion.

Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play an important role in guiding clients through their soft furnishing journey. You will work closely with homeowners, interior designers and trade professionals to understand their requirements, recommend suitable solutions and bring projects from initial enquiry through to completion.

This is a client-facing role that combines consultation, product knowledge and project coordination. You will be involved in showroom appointments, site visits, measurements, quotations and client follow-ups, while developing a strong understanding of our products and how they can be thoughtfully integrated into different spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling, client visits, and follow-ups to develop new business opportunities
• Manage enquiries and guide clients through the consultation and purchasing process
• Conduct showroom consultations, client meetings and product presentations
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable curtains, blinds and soft furnishing solutions
• Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on sales opportunities
• Conduct on-site consultations, measurements and assessments
• Follow up with clients throughout the project journey, from initial enquiry and quotation through to confirmation and completion
• Address client enquiries and issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent after-sales service
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Prepare weekly sales progress and field reports

The Ideal Candidate:

• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to take ownership of enquiries and projects
• Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation and sales skills
• A willingness to conduct site visits and on-site measurements
• Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in home furnishings, interior design or related industries is an advantage
