In this role, you will work closely with leaders across Customer Care, Operational Care, Revenue Care, Gateway, Systems & Technology, Global Services (KNGS), and Global Air Logistics to identify opportunities, simplify processes, implement practical solutions, and drive meaningful change across the organization.

How you create impact

• Lead operational optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across Singapore Air Logistics.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service quality, operational performance, and customer experience.
• Review and redesign workflows across Customer Care Logistics (CCL), Operational Care Centers (OCC), Revenue Care Centers (RCC), Gateway, and other operational functions.
• Drive process harmonization, standardization, and best-practice adoption in alignment with global Air Logistics standards.
• Play a key role in automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with Global Operations Optimization teams on concept development, testing, implementation, change management, and success management.
• Collaborate with Kuehne+Nagel Global Services (KNGS) to improve operational processes, service delivery, and overall efficiency.
• Analyze operational challenges and develop sustainable, scalable solutions that reduce complexity and production costs.
• Engage stakeholders across multiple functions to build alignment, secure buy-in, and support successful change adoption.
• Lead project implementation, monitor progress, measure success, and ensure long-term sustainability of improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Air Logistics operational systems, workflows, and best practices.
• Work closely with Singapore operational teams to conduct workflow reviews, engage frontline users, support implementations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and support optimization resources and project teams where applicable.
  
  

What we would like you to bring

We are looking for a strong Air Logistics leader who combines hands-on operational knowledge, process improvement experience, stakeholder management capability, and the drive to create lasting operational impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Air Logistics operational experience, with strong knowledge of service delivery, operational workflows, and customer-focused logistics solutions.
• Proven experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, transformation, automation, or optimization initiatives.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives and deliver measurable business results.
• Deep understanding of Air Logistics operations, carrier management, operational workflows, and industry best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Air Logistics systems such as SALOG, BPA, CareLOG, eTouch, or similar operational platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to convert operational challenges into practical solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, build cross-functional partnerships, and gain buy-in across different teams and levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, proactive, and self-starting mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and drive meaningful change.
• Strong change management experience, with the ability to lead transformation in complex operational environments.
• Good technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, technologies, and processes.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience working with global stakeholders, Global Services (KNGS), and cross-functional operational teams is highly desirable.
• Experience leading operational optimization, process harmonization, automation, or transformation initiatives is strongly preferred.
• International Air Logistics experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to support operational reviews, implementations, and continuous improvement activities across Singapore operations.
• Fluent English language proficiency required.
• Passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and building scalable solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to engage frontline teams, operational leaders, and senior stakeholders.
