• Position: Insurance Broking Executive – General Insurance
• Location: Novena
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.45AM to 6.00PM
• Salary: Up to $4,200 Basic + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 18 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Company Insurance + Birthday Leave
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established insurance brokerage seeking an Broking Executive to service clients, manage policy renewals and recommend suitable general insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Service clients’ general insurance needs and act as the main account contact.
• Monitor renewals and ensure policies are renewed on time.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate with insurers on coverage, terms and premiums.
• Handle client enquiries and explain policy details.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support other insurance broking and client-servicing duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of general insurance experience is advantageous.
• CGI and HI certifications preferred; examination fees will be sponsored if required.
• Candidates without relevant experience may be considered for junior roles with training.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client servicing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
