Job Summary

SRI is seeking a Social Media Associate to manage social media platforms and content, acting as the bridge between the company and community. The role involves creating engaging content and supporting marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand engagement and visibility
• Create and curate engaging content including text, images, videos, and GIFs aligned with marketing goals
• Manage and oversee daily social media postings to maintain consistent brand messaging
• Boost posts and analyze social media metrics to optimize strategy and improve campaign performance
• Collaborate closely with the in-house production team to curate video content for online marketing
• Participate in outdoor shoots for new property launches and marketing events as needed
• Support other marketing-related activities to enhance overall brand presence

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in any discipline (minimum educational requirement)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency with various social media platforms to effectively engage target audiences
• Ability to track and adapt to current social media and digital marketing trends
• Copywriting skills to craft compelling and creative social media content
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
