Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle Administrative Task for IT
- Handle Staff or Customer Queries on IT Related
- Handle Staff Desktop/Laptops
- Keep Track Inventory List
- Communicating for Informations
- Identify & Troubleshoot Office Support Matters (MS Office, & etc)
- Provide Solution & Troubleshooting for Kiosk, Tablet & Printer Devices (Software & Hardware)
- Learn How to Troubleshoot for Network such as Wireless & Switches (Software & Hardware)
- Learn How to Troubleshoot CAT6 (UTP), Fibre & other available connectivity
- Learn How to Troubleshoot CCTV connectivity
Requirements
- Good hands-on skills, excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- Applicant must have basic IT knowledge with some troubleshooting and testing skills.
- Candidate must possess basic skills Computer & Network, Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Good personality, discipline and independent.
- Self-confident and a good communicator
- Can climb high stairs and is not afraid in high conditions
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM800.00 per month
