Responsibilities
Recruit Inc Private Limited is hiring reliable, service-oriented Event Crew for an upcoming conference at Fairmont Singapore.
Rate
*$12 per hour*
Dress Code
* Black collared shirt
* Long black pants
* Black covered shoes
Team A – Event Crew
*Working Schedule:*
* *30 Aug 26:* 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (4 hrs)
* *31 Aug 26:* 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (5 hrs) exclude 1hr break
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist guests
* Guide guests to designated seating areas
* Support business matching sessions
* Attend to general guest enquiries including basic communication assistance or translation (if needed)
* Provide basic event support and coordination
* Assist with other event-related duties as assigned
Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, approachable and service-oriented
* Responsible and punctual
* Able to work all the days according to the stated schedule for each team
* Able to follow event procedures and instructions
* Previous event, hospitality or customer service experience will be an advantage but is not essential
