Skills Requirement:

•⁠ ⁠Have the basics of badminton skills

•⁠ ⁠Willing to learn, grow and have the passion to encourage badminton

Expected Role:

· To manage, guide trainees the right way of playing badminton

· To build interest in encouraging trainees to look forward to badminton training

· To deliver highly effective and quality programs so trainees learn and progress with sufficient intensity

· Conduct training in a fun manner to engage with students

· Observe, monitor and assess trainee’s performance and provide constructive feedback to the students

· Ensure safety of trainees to minimise risk in getting injuries

· Able to brief and explain to students training program – technical, tactical, physical

· Assist the Head Coach in executing training programs

· Supervise, plan, coach students during competition
