Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for a Senior QA Analyst Engineer Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Location: Remote (Malaysian time zone!)

Project:

PQBot is a digital sales initiative involving enhancements and integrations in Salesforce Sales Cloud. This role owns quality assurance for the Sales Cloud workstream and works with product, business and technical teams to support successful delivery.

Key responsibilities include validation of Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements, including lead and account processes, Flows, record types, assignment rules, validation rules, permissions, security model, reports and dashboards. The role also covers API and Platform Event integration testing, validation of data flows across connected enterprise systems, defect management, quality reporting, release-readiness assessment, deployment validation, hypercare support and identification of test automation opportunities.

Sales Cloud Delivery Scope

• Test Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements covering lead and account processes.
• Validate integrations with connected systems, including API and event-driven scenarios.
• Support end-to-end testing, release validation and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the QA approach for the Salesforce Sales Cloud scope, aligned with project objectives, delivery milestones and business risks.
• Review requirements, acceptance criteria and solution designs from a quality, risk, integration and testability perspective.
• Design, execute and coordinate functional, system, integration, end-to-end, regression and user acceptance testing activities.
• Validate Salesforce Flows, record types, lead processes, assignment rules, validation rules, permissions, reports, dashboards and related automation.
• Plan and execute API and Platform Event integration testing, including positive, negative, exception, retry and data-consistency scenarios where applicable.
• Validate end-to-end data flows and business outcomes across Salesforce Sales Cloud and connected systems.
• Prepare test scenarios, test data, traceability and evidence sufficient to demonstrate acceptance criteria and release readiness.
• Own defect management for the Sales Cloud workstream, including defect quality, triage, prioritization support, retesting and closure.
• Identify quality risks early, communicate business impact clearly and drive timely mitigation across product and delivery teams.
• Provide transparent quality reporting, test completion status, residual-risk visibility and release-readiness recommendations.
• Support deployment validation, production verification where agreed, hypercare and handover documentation.
• Identify practical test automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of the QA approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, including at least 3 years supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
• Recent hands-on Salesforce experience, with active involvement in or delivery of a Salesforce implementation within the last 2 years.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud testing experience, including lead and account management, lead conversion and routing, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, record types, assignment rules, permissions, security and reporting.
• Strong hands-on API and integration testing experience using Postman or an equivalent tool, including request and response validation, payloads, error handling and data consistency.
• Experience testing Salesforce Platform Events or comparable asynchronous integration patterns.
• Strong experience in system integration and end-to-end business process testing across connected enterprise applications.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into risk-based coverage, meaningful test scenarios and clear acceptance evidence.
• Experience owning defect management, quality reporting and release-readiness assessment in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, business users and external delivery partners.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills in a global, multi-team delivery environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and take end-to-end ownership of quality within the assigned Sales Cloud scope.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certification relevant to Sales Cloud, administration, platform development or business analysis.
• Experience validating event-driven integrations, monitoring integration outcomes and troubleshooting failures with technical teams.
• Deeper understanding of Salesforce role hierarchy, sharing rules and data-access controls.
• Test automation experience and a strong automation mindset for Salesforce and API testing.
• Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools in enterprise delivery environments.
• Experience with customer or account master-data processes across connected enterprise systems.
