Position Title: Assistant Preschool Teacher
Working Location: Bedok
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Lead Teacher with lessons, activities, and daily routines.
Support children’s learning through play and inquiry-based activities.
Supervise children’s safety and well-being during daily activities.
Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
Prepare teaching materials and classroom resources.
Observe children’s progress and provide updates when required.
Build professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Support school events, field trips, and activities.
Follow preschool policies and ECDA requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum ACEY or higher Early Childhood Education qualification.
Preschool or childcare experience is an advantage.
Interested in supporting children’s learning and development.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, professional, and able to work well in a team.
First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it.
