Responsibilities
Looking for Food Truck Operations Manager.
The Role
Oversee and manage various aspects of the Food Truck and External Event operations
Ensure SOPs are complied with and work with management to improve existing SOPs
Drive the Food Trucks to event sites and manage all aspects of the Food Trucks’ operations
Manage a team of part-time crew
Train newcomers and ensure that they understand and adhere to SOPs
Woking hours
5-day week, 40 hours per week
May be required to work on some weekends and public holidays
Skills and Prerequisites
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/ executive role in retail or F&B
At least 2 years of experience in customer facing functions in retail or F&B
Possess a class 3 / 3A driving license
Enjoys beers and outdoor events
Outgoing personality – enjoys chatting and interacting with people
Meticulous – attention to detail and able to spot minute errors
Organized – able to plan and execute procedures methodically
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
