CLINIC ASSISTANT(Immediate Hiring)

Klinik One Family is looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Clinic Assistant to join our growing team.

Location: Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
Position: Full-Time Clinic Assistant
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000 per month

Job Responsibilities :

• Register patients and manage patient enquiries
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures
• Dispense medications according to the doctor’s instructions
• Handle payments, receipts, and daily clinic transactions
• Manage appointments, phone calls, and WhatsApp enquiries
• Take and record patients’ vital signs
• Assist with blood taking/phlebotomy, where trained
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Manage medications and medical supply inventory
• Assist with panel/insurance documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception, consultation and treatment areas
• Perform other clinic-related administrative and operational duties as required

Requirements

• Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia
• Friendly, polite and professional when dealing with patients
• Responsible, punctual, honest and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Previous experience in a GP clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Experience in blood taking/phlebotomy is an added advantage
• Fresh candidates with a good attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
