Financial Management: Oversee the planning and supervision of the company's overall financial operations.

Month-end and Year-end Closing: Supervise the closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.

Financial Statements: Prepare and review income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, etc.

Budget Management: Develop annual budgets and monitor budget execution.

Financial Forecasting: Forecast revenue, costs, profits, and cash flow.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor company cash flow and funding requirements.

Cost Control: Analyze operating costs and identify cost-reduction opportunities.

Financial Analysis: Analyze revenue, profit, costs, and operational metrics.

Tax Management: Oversee tax-related matters, including GST and corporate income tax.
