Full Time Head of Technology Enablement Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in OHR MARKETING SDN BHD Kedah - Maukerja

As the Head of Technology Enablement, you will lead the organisation's technology function and shape the digital foundation that supports business growth. You will provide strategic direction across technology, digitalisation, data and systems, while ensuring technology investments, processes and capabilities remain secure, reliable and aligned with business needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the organisation's technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap, aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee ERP and enterprise system initiatives, including system implementation, integration and continuous improvement.
• Drive digitalisation and automation of business processes to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Oversee cloud, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity to ensure systems are secure, reliable and scalable.
• Strengthen data management, reporting and technology capabilities to support data-driven decision-making and emerging technologies such as AI.
• Manage technology projects, vendors, resources and investments based on business priorities.
• Lead and develop the Technology Enablement team, ensuring strong delivery, technical capability and continuous improvement.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong experience in technology leadership, IT management or digital transformation.
• Good knowledge of enterprise systems, ERP, cloud platforms, infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Experience leading digitalisation, system implementation, automation or process improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of data management, reporting and emerging technologies such as AI.
• Strong experience in managing technology vendors, projects, budgets and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and strategic decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
