Full Time Civil Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,600 in SSRV (M) Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspection of building structures, common areas and facilities.
• Perform basic civil and building maintenance works such as minor repair, patching, painting, plastering, tiling and waterproofing.
• Attend to basic defects involving walls, ceilings, doors, floors and other building components.
• Assist in identifying building defects and report major issues to the Supervisor or Facilities Manager.
• Carry out repair and rectification works based on assigned work orders.
• Assist contractors and vendors during repair, maintenance and improvement works.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding civil maintenance issues.
• Maintain proper records of completed maintenance works and site activities.
• Ensure tools, equipment and work areas are properly maintained and kept safe.
• Follow site safety procedures and company requirements at all times.
• Support the Facilities Management team in other general building maintenance activities when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Facilities Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance, Construction or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in civil, building or property maintenance is an advantage.
• Candidates with basic hands-on civil maintenance skills are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of building repair and maintenance works.
• Able to perform simple troubleshooting and identify common building defects.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on maintenance work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Willing to work overtime, standby or on weekends/public holidays when required by site operations.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
