Job Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for business and enterprise applications.

• Investigate and resolve application, system, and database issues.

• Monitor application availability and performance.

• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.

• Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data analysis.

• Support application deployments, releases, and production changes.

• Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base

articles.

• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business users

to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or L2

Support.

• Good understanding of Incident Management and Problem Management.

• Hands-on experience with:

o SQL Server

o MongoDB

o Linux

o .NET Applications

o Python Scripting

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience working in an ITIL environment is an added advantage.Preferred Skills

• Experience with Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, or Dynatrace.

• Exposure to API, Middleware, or Integration Platform support.

• Knowledge of Confluence or similar knowledge management tools.

• Experience in Insurance or Financial Services environments.
