Responsibilities
Event Brand Surveyor (Training Provided)
Enjoy talking to people and being on the ground at events? Join our team and help with short surveys + customer engagement at roadshows!
Job Scope (Detailed)
Approach shoppers politely and invite them to participate in a quick survey
Ask simple questions and record responses (phone / form) accurately
Introduce the brand, explain key benefits, and share current promotions
Recommend suitable packages or deals based on customer needs
Encourage customers to register, sign up, and complete on-the-spot purchases
Guide customers through checkout steps (when required)
Assist with product enquiries and help customers decide confidently
Support order processing and fulfilment (basic tracking / confirmation)
Maintain a neat and welcoming booth area
Work closely with the team to achieve daily event targets and performance goals
Support setup and pack-down of roadshow items when needed
Training Provided — No experience needed
Working Hours
Mon to Fri
10:00am – 7:00pm
Pay
Full-Time: Up to $2,400
Part-Time: Up to $15/hr
Minimum 3–4 days per week
Must commit minimum 4 months
Requirements
Able to start on short notice
Able to attend interview within 2 days
Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching people
Enjoy speaking to customers and working in an event environment
