Manager – Finance & Operations Support

Contract: 1 year
Working Hours: 42 hours/week, 5-day work week
Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate finance and operational activities across assigned programmes and workstreams.
• Supervise payment processing, financial administration and reconciliation activities.
• Review financial records and transactions for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Monitor fund utilisation, expenditure and financial balances where required.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies and exceptions.
• Prepare and coordinate financial and operational reports for management.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on finance, payment and operational matters.
• Support audits, reviews and follow-up actions.
• Guide team members in handling complex or non-standard cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and operational efficiency.
• Support new initiatives and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance operations, payment processing, administration or operational support.
• Experience coordinating operational workstreams or supervising staff is preferred.
• Good understanding of financial controls, payment processing, reconciliation and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using financial systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities systematically and work independently.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
